Who We Are

HAVOC Missions was founded in 2026 by Charlie Hayne. Charlie is a Marine Corps veteran with a heart for serving others. Before HAVOC, he served on multiple disaster relief projects as a volunteer with NC Baptists on Mission. After witnessing the devastating effects of Hurricane Helene in 2024, Charlie was moved to start HAVOC Missions.

Disaster relief is not the only mission Charlie had in mind. Being a combat veteran himself, he knew firsthand how difficult it is for service members to find a new family. HAVOC strives to help give veterans the opportunity to continue their service to others and find community. Our ethos is in our name, Helping All Veterans Overcome.
